Q: How does the self-watering planter work?

A: Our planters are designed to quietly take care of watering for you.
A built-in reservoir and cotton wick let the plant draw water when it needs it — you only refill the water when the reservoir is empty.

Q: How often do I need to refill the water?

A: It depends on the plant and the space, but most people refill the reservoir about every 7–10 days.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: When will my order arrive?

A: We process orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location. You can check specific estimates on our [Shipping & Delivery] page.

Q: Why did I only receive part of my order?

A: To get your items to you as fast as possible, we sometimes ship products separately from different warehouses. Don't worry, the rest of your order is on its way!

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package anytime on our "Track Your Order" page.

Returns & Refunds

Q: My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

A: Oh no! We are so sorry. Please take a photo of the damaged item and email us at formflora.official@gmail.com immediately. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund right away. No need to return the broken item.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.
